Marcelle Preston, a 22-year-old resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2019. The incident occurred early on Easter Sunday morning, around 12:30 a.m., when Prince George’s County police responded to a reported shooting in the 100 block of Kylie Place. Upon arrival, officers found Preston outside a townhouse, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
