Marcelle Preston, a 22-year-old resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2019. The incident occurred early on Easter Sunday morning, around 12:30 a.m., when Prince George’s County police responded to a reported shooting in the 100 block of Kylie Place.
