On January 1, 2016, a tragic incident occurred in Charleston, West Virginia, resulting in the death of 20-year-old Shannon Cade. The event unfolded on the West Side of Charleston, where Cade was fatally shot. The shooting also injured another individual, identified as C.K., who was treated for her wounds and survived the incident.
