In the early morning hours of January 30, 2016, a life was tragically cut short in Bluefield, West Virginia. Dexter Cornelius Mitchell, a 35-year-old male, was killed outside of a local motel. Known to his friends and family as "DC," Mitchell was a beloved husband, father, son, and brother.
