Sean Orlando Mabrey, aged 21, was tragically killed on December 8, 1986, in what became one of Oakland's most notorious mass murders. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when David Esco "Moochie" Welch, a 28-year-old heroin and cocaine dealer, stormed into a home in East Oakland.
