Lance Terry, a 25-year-old Black male, was killed on March 16, 2015, in Bluefield, West Virginia, following a dispute that escalated to a fatal shooting. The incident was rooted in a personal conflict, as Terry and the alleged shooter, 19-year-old Nyiheem Whitlow, were involved with the same woman.
