On a cold November day in 2017, the life of Julius Paul Jenkins, a 40-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Huntington, West Virginia. On November 29th, Jenkins was found the victim of a fatal shooting, a grim end to a life that authorities would soon link to individuals from out of state.
