On Thursday, September 3, 2020, in Huntington, West Virginia, Audra was killed in a shooting incident. The event also resulted in the death of another individual, 29-year-old Marcus D. Graham of Michigan. The shooting occurred outside what was described as an unlicensed bar on 10th Avenue.

Her family, including her mother, sister, and brother, were left to mourn her sudden and violent death. In her memory, her family requested that no formal services be held, and a local funeral home assisted with the arrangements.
