In the summer of 2014, the life of 23-year-old Caucasian male, Troy A. Ott, was cut tragically short in Muscatine, Iowa. On the afternoon of Sunday, June 29th, a gathering of friends would end in a fatal confrontation. The day had been spent drinking, and later, Ott and his friend, Jordan Daufeldt, also 23, returned to Daufeldt's home on Lincoln Boulevard. With them was Ott's four-year-old son.
