On Monday, September 10, 2018, Diane Martin, a 48-year-old resident of Waterloo, Iowa, was fatally shot in her home. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. at her residence located at 84 Ricker St. Martin was subsequently pronounced dead at UnityPoint Health-Allen Hospital.
