Andrea Rochelle Anderson, a 41-year-old resident of Waterloo, Iowa, was tragically killed on February 11, 2020. She was one of the two women found shot to death in a residence in Waterloo.

The incident involved another victim, Tamica Takeisha Allison, who lived in the home where the bodies were discovered. Matthew Dee Buford III was identified as the suspect in connection with the double homicide.
