On October 19, 2014, a tragic incident occurred in Waterloo, Iowa, resulting in the death of 17-year-old Jazzmine Rembert. The incident took place early in the morning when officers responded to a call at 520 Elm Street. Upon arrival, they found Jazzmine Rembert unresponsive, suffering from a gunshot wound.
