On February 23, 2015, the Department of Child Safety received a report regarding two-month-old
Aubreyana Ethel who had been admitted to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Doctors
indicated she had no viable brain tissue, extensive retinal hemorrhaging and up to nine healing rib
fractures. Aubreyana died from her injuries on February 26, 2015. On April 6, 2015, the
