In a tragic turn of events that began to unfold on a grim night in March 2012, 22-year-old Sheila Lomes, a pregnant woman, lost her life in a brutal act of violence in Phoenix, Arizona. Neighbors at a west Phoenix apartment complex were disturbed by the sounds of a woman's terrified screams and desperate banging on doors, a prelude to the horrific discovery that would soon be made.
