On a winter night in the Salt Lake City suburb of Millcreek, the life of a 33-year-old Black / African American man named Modibo Diallo was tragically cut short. It was February 22, 2015, and Diallo was at a gathering with friends at a home near 1500 East and 3350 South. An argument broke out between Diallo and another man at the party, identified as Ahmed Sharif-Mohamed Ali.
