In the early morning hours of July 26, 2017, a tragedy unfolded in Salt Lake City, Utah, that cut short the life of Shawn J. Manymules, a 26-year-old Native American male. The incident occurred near Pioneer Park, at approximately 1:39 a.m. in front of the 360 Apartments located at 360 S. 400 West. Witnesses in the vicinity reported hearing the sound of multiple gunshots, piercing the quiet of the night.
