In the quiet town of Mapleton, Utah, a story of a family's American dream turning into a nightmare unfolded in November 2017. Five-year-old Alexendre Griffith, a White male, had recently moved to the United States from Switzerland with his family. This new chapter, however, came to a tragic and abrupt end on November 9, 2017, when Alexendre, his mother, and his older sister were found deceased in their new home.
