In the early morning hours of July 24, 2016, the life of 34-year-old Justin Bruce Hanna was tragically cut short in a burst of violence that shattered the peace of a Cedar City, Utah, mobile home park. Responding to reports of gunshots at approximately 6:38 a.m. in the Reber Court trailer park, police officers arrived to find a grim scene. Inside a residence at 515 North 400 West, they discovered Hanna, a male, deceased from what was later determined to be multiple gunshot wounds.
