In the early morning hours of September 22, 2019, the life of 29-year-old Hispanic male Lazaro Nieves Morales of Springville, Utah, was tragically cut short. His body was discovered near a train overpass in the vicinity of 1600 South and State Route 89, bearing the fatal wounds of multiple gunshots.
