On the evening of February 5, 2020, a planned meeting in a quiet West Valley City neighborhood took a violent turn, ending the life of 20-year-old Hispanic male, Uel Andres Martinez. Martinez had made arrangements to purchase a significant quantity of THC concentrate from two individuals, 19-year-old Ian Cameron Reddick and 20-year-old Edgar Noel Aguilar.
