Conrad Strange

In the early morning hours of July 15, 2007, a sense of unease settled over the 1800 block of North Gay Street in Baltimore. It was here, at approximately 4 a.m., that the life of Conrad Strange was tragically cut short. Strange, a 25-year-old African-American male, was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds.
