In the late hours of a summer evening in Salt Lake City, Utah, a gathering of family turned into a scene of tragedy, leaving three people dead, including 53-year-old Timothy Andrew Legrande. On September 4, 2021, Timothy, a male, was fatally shot during a prolonged standoff with police at a residence in Millcreek. The events unfolded when family members gathered, and at some point, Jacob Andrew LeGrande began shooting, killing Timothy and 54-year-old Bonne "RaChelle" Brady.
