Sam Jerome Mays, a 35-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Houston, Texas, passed away on August 3, 2019. He was the son of Dorothy Mays and Sam Miller, and he was baptized in 1998 at Shiny Star Baptist Church. Sam attended Booker T Washington Sr. High School in Studewood, where he grew up.
