Murdered

On November 10, 2007, 30-year-old Efrain Rodriguez was fatally shot in the parking lot of MiBar restaurant on Park Street in Hartford, Connecticut. Hartford police officers, patrolling nearby around 1:45 a.m., responded to gunfire and found Rodriguez with a gunshot wound to the chest.
