On a cold November night in Waterbury, Connecticut, the life of Chester Sauna Harriott, a 47-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On November 26, 2012, Harriott was at a gathering at 848 North Main Street when violence erupted. What began as a card game among acquaintances ended in a fatal shooting that would leave a community in mourning and a family searching for answers.
