Robert Faulk-Dill, a 21-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on the front porch of a home in the 100 block of Maple Street in New Haven, Connecticut. He sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including to his head and back. After the shooting, he was transported to a hospital where he died about 90 minutes later on June 25, 2018. At the time of the incident, a power outage had rendered the city's ShotSpotter system inoperable.
