In the early hours of a Monday morning, on July 9, 2018, the life of 36-year-old Jason Roman of Naugatuck was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in West Haven, Connecticut. Roman, a male, was behind the wheel of his vehicle in the rear lot of an apartment building in the 200 block of Jaffrey Street when he was struck by gunfire at approximately 1 a.m.

Following the shooting, Roman's car crashed into the apartment building, causing significant damage. Emergency services were dispatch ...
