In the early morning hours of February 11, 2017, the life of 30-year-old Christopher Jenkins, a Caucasian male from New Haven, Connecticut, was tragically cut short. The incident unfolded near the prominent intersection of Campbell Avenue and Captain Thomas Boulevard in West Haven. What began as a verbal dispute quickly and violently escalated to gunfire.
