Death by Force

On the night of March 30, 2021, 26-year-old Amauris Flores of Hartford, Connecticut, was fatally shot. Around 11 p.m., Hartford police responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the 100 block of Westland Street, where they discovered a crime scene. While officers were on-site, a local hospital reported that Flores had arrived with multiple gunshot wounds; he was later pronounced dead.
