Ryan McKain, a 33-year-old male, was fatally shot in Hartford, Connecticut, on the afternoon of March 2, 2022, in what police have described as a targeted drive-by shooting. The incident occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the vicinity of the 600 block of Garden Street.
