Tyler "Ty" Koen, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 26, 2017, in Powder Springs, Georgia. Ty was attending a homecoming party for a friend who had just returned from military service. The event, held at a residence on Hunter Road, turned fatal when an argument escalated into a shooting.
