On April 11, 2022, at approximately 9:30 p.m., 23-year-old Jorge Luis "Spazz" Delgado Jr. was fatally shot in New Haven, Connecticut. Delgado, a resident of Waterbury, was found inside his vehicle on South Frontage Road, between York and College streets, near Yale New Haven Hospital. He had sustained gunshot wounds and was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
