In the late autumn of 2012, the community of Forrest City, Arkansas, was struck by a violent tragedy that cut short the life of a young man. Dominique Terrell Tobar, a 20-year-old male, was killed by gunfire on Monday, November 26, 2012. Born on September 11, 1992, Tobar was a resident of Forrest City and was known to have been a part of the local high school's football team in previous years.
