In the spring of 2014, the life of Leonard D. Montgomery, a 25-year-old male, was abruptly cut short. On the night of April 19th, in Little Rock, Arkansas, an argument broke out among a small group of people near an apartment building on Mablevale Cutoff. The dispute escalated tragically when a handgun was fired, and Montgomery was struck by the bullet. He was rushed from the scene in critical condition but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
