Melissa Eileen Rockwell Preston, a 43-year-old Caucasian woman, tragically passed away on May 5, 2014, in Morrisville, North Carolina. Born on January 19, 1971, in Yakima, Washington, she was the daughter of John Roger Mills and Patricia Darlene Gliddon Rockwell.
