Chiquita Ford, a 30-year-old woman from Chicago, was shot and killed on October 28, 2016. The incident took place during one of Chicago’s deadliest weekends of the year, which saw 17 people killed and numerous others wounded. Ford was in a vehicle with Brian Fields when they were both targeted.
