Jerome Fouch, a 31-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was fatally shot on April 19, 2018, in the Burnside neighborhood on the city's Far South Side. According to reports, Fouch was shot multiple times as he exited his car around 9:35 p.m. Moments before his death, he had told his girlfriend over the phone that he was being followed by a black Dodge Charger.
