On the night of September 28, 2016, 29-year-old Jonathan Terry was found with a fatal gunshot wound in Little Rock, Arkansas. At approximately 11:25 p.m., police responded to a call in the 2600 block of Elm Street, near the intersection of South Elm and West 24th Streets, where they discovered Terry lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the right side of his face and no pulse. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
