In the early morning hours of November 8, 2017, a grim discovery was made in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Willie Oglesby Jr., a 29-year-old male, was found inside his Dodge Charger, which was stopped in the roadway in the 1700 block of West 29th Avenue. Officers had been dispatched to the area of 29th Avenue and Hazel Street around 1:15 a.m. after a caller reported a passenger car in the road and suspected the occupant may have been shot.
