In the spring of 2018, the life of 20-year-old Devontae Dewayne Fowler was cut tragically short in Jonesboro, Arkansas. On the evening of April 25th, chaos erupted in the 800 block of South Caraway Road as shots were fired. Fowler was struck by the gunfire, sustaining a critical injury.
