Murdered

On July 30, 2018, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Pine Bluff Police Department officers responded to a shooting incident in the 5100 block of W. 6th Avenue in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Upon arrival, they discovered 32-year-old Travis L. Scales inside a residence with apparent gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
