Kevin Faulkner, aged 46, was shot and killed on November 6, 2016, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident took place in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood, which is located on the city’s South Side, an area that has been significantly affected by ongoing issues with violent crime.
