Andre Chatman, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on March 15, 2015, in Chicago's Austin neighborhood. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. when Chatman and his friend, Carey Hollis, 28, were traveling east in a car on West North Avenue.
