Dwayne Malette, a 57-year-old man from Roseland, Chicago, was fatally shot on December 25, 2020, in the Grand Crossing neighborhood. Malette was on the sidewalk around 2:30 p.m. in the 7300 block of South Kenwood Avenue when someone fired shots, striking him in the side, abdomen, and head.
