Tacarrene B. Scott, a 37-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 9, 2020, in the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. in the 10800 block of South Calumet Avenue. Tacarrene B.
