Jamal Webb, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on June 2, 2017, in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Webb was near his home in the 7800 block of South Langley Avenue when he was approached by Kirk Thompson, a 21-year-old man, who exited a gray Chevrolet Impala and began chasing Webb.
