Matthew Miller-Hernandez, a 15-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on November 24, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 6:35 p.m. while Matthew was waiting for a ride-share on the sidewalk in the 2500 block of South Blue Island Avenue in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood.
