On a late autumn day in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 37-year-old Leon Mitchell Jr. was cut short. On November 30, 2018, the male victim was caught in a hail of bullets in what authorities described as a drive-by shooting. The violent encounter proved fatal for Mitchell, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Another individual was also struck by the gunfire but survived the attack.
