In the early morning hours of July 17, 2025, a sense of unease settled over a neighborhood in Little Rock, Arkansas, as police responded to reports of a shooting. In the 7700 block of Morris Drive, a grim discovery was made. Nineteen-year-old Tarell Rice Jr., a male, was found suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. Despite the prompt arrival of emergency services, his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
