In the early morning hours of July 17, 2025, a sense of unease settled over a neighborhood in Little Rock, Arkansas, as police responded to reports of a shooting. In the 7700 block of Morris Drive, a grim discovery was made. Nineteen-year-old Tarell Rice Jr., a male, was found suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
