In the winter of 2019, a tragic event unfolded in a home on Hearn Street in Blytheville, Arkansas, ending the life of 26-year-old Brittney Nicole Sims. On February 19th, Sims was fatally shot in an upstairs bedroom of the residence she shared with her boyfriend, Eric Bragg. The incident stemmed from Bragg's accusation that Sims was having an affair. The altercation escalated to a fatal conclusion when Bragg shot her. After she fell, he proceeded to shoot her twice more in the back of the head.
