The suspect, identified as 36-year-old Marlon Tucker from St. Louis, Missouri, was arrested on June 28, 2020, near St. Louis by the Missouri Highway Patrol. He was apprehended in a stolen vehicle and was found in possession of several firearms. Tucker was charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of battery. He was held in Missouri pending extradition to Arkansas.
During the investigation, authorities revealed that Tucker was not involved in the initial altercation that led to the shooting.
